About the Event
Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun and excitement at our Walk for Life - 1- or 3-mile fun walk, complete with lunch and a dog costume contest! Don't miss out on the chance to participate in our 50/50 raffle and silent auction, all to support our shelter diversion programs for dogs of ALL breeds! This year marks our 14th anniversary of the event, and to celebrate, we've moved the event to later in October to include an amazing dog costume contest! Bring a dog from The Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center and receive a special prize upon arrival!
Ticket prices are just $35 each, which includes an event t-shirt, entry, the Walk, lunch & the costume contest!
Schedule:
11am - Check-in begins
11:30 - 1 or 3-mile fun walk - with introduction of the FCDS adoptable dogs in attendance!
12:30 - Lunch (Jets Pizza!)
