We are currently limited to assisting Franklin County residents. 

All dogs we assist must be spayed or neutered & if they are not, we require you to agree to allowing us to pay to fix them at the time of assistance. If you do not agree to such, please do not complete this form as your request will be denied.

We are NOT able to assist with:

-dog pregnancy complications

-chronic diseases or degenerative conditions such as cancer, diabetes, Cushing's, IVDD, myelopathy, dysplasia, osteoarthritis, allergies, dental disease, parvovirus, leptospirosis, intestinal parasites, heartworm, Lyme disease, etc. (lower cost veterinarians are listed on our "resources" page) 

If you are requiring assistance with emergency life-saving veterinary care that does not fit into one of the above, please complete the Request for Assistance form below.

We are a volunteer run organization and will respond to your request via email within 24 hours. Please be sure to check your email (including the PROMO & SPAM folders) for our response. For emergencies we recommend VCA, COVE & VEG.
