REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

This form is required for all requests for assistance. Be sure to check your email often after you submit the form as that is how we will respond.

We are currently limited to helping Franklin County Ohio residents only.

Additional requirements include but are not limited to:

  • dog must be spayed/neutered or owner must agree to spay/neuter (which we will assist with)

  • owner must apply for CareCredit & ScratchPay & send us a copy of the response

We are only able to assist when funds are available & are unfortunately not able to help with all requests.

 

We are not able to assist with chronic or degenerative diseases or parvo treatment.

 

If you are in need of assistance & meet the requirements above, please email us at copitsavers@gmail.com to provide additional information about your dogs need & condition. We will review & respond to your request as soon as possible (but within 24 hours).
